    Purchasing the tickets to ‘Banham Candle Making Workshop with Alpacas Experience’ means you agree with the following.

    • Please note that all Candle Workshops’ ticket is not refundable
    • Please be aware that we are working with hot materials and tools.
    • Keeping in mind that we are not responsible for any accidental burns that occur to yourself. 
    • You must follow our instructions at all times to protect yourself and others. In failing to do so, you may be asked to leave. 
    • We only ask for name of individual people and the host’s email that coming to the workshop so we can allow you in without any problem. Your tickets will be proof of purchase and your entry in the building. 
    • Please wear suitable clothing for Candle Making and Meeting the alpacas. We would suggest you wear outdoor clothing and footwear as we are on farmlands. 
    • When you are doing the Alpacas Experience, please follow the instructions from the Mill House’s member of staff at all time. In failing to do so, you may not get a chance to meet the alpacas. 
    • Mill House’s staff will have a briefing with you on what to do and not to do, please listen to the brief and follow that brief at all time. Again, in failing to do so, you may be removed from meeting the alpacas.
    • At all time, we (RPCN and Mill House‘s Employees) reserve the right to be treated respectfully and in return we will treat you with respect. We will NOT tolerate any rude behaviour towards any member of staff. 
    • We (RPCN and Mill House’s Employees) reserve the right to remove you from any activity because we believe you have failed to follow our instructions or it is not safe for you to continue. 
    • We are all about protecting you, our Employees and Mill house’s Employees and we ask you to tell us if anything happens in this Workshop and Experience. 
    • Please message/email us if you cannot attend. We will mark you as a 'no show' if you are 15 minutes late and you will not be let in after that.
    • Please read the email that RPCN will send within 2 weeks of the workshop day, that tells you what to do when arriving on the day.
